Some people have been thinking people aren't aloud to talk IC in ventrillo, its true unless they are under either the Government channels or Gang channels, anyone, and I do mean ANYONE, who talks OOC in a channel thats under Government or Gangs will be banned for a certain amount of time from Ventrillo, those channels are IC only, Here is a SS to explain to the people who have no idea what I am talking about:
